How does the free trial work?
You have 14 days with full access to all features. No credit card required. At the end, you activate the subscription at € 175/month or stop without any cost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly subscription has no binding contracts. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time, without penalties.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export it at any time before expiry.
Does the price really include everything, including multi-location?
Yes. Both the monthly rate (€ 175/month) and the annual rate (€ 1,750/year) include all features without limits: unlimited bikes, unlimited users, unlimited locations, tablets, digital signature, invoices, advanced reports and custom branding.
Is there an annual price?
Yes. You can pay one year in advance for € 1,750 and get 2 months free included (equivalent to paying only 10 months instead of 12). You save € 350 per year compared to monthly billing.

What is your contract administration time worth?
Enter your estimates. This compares the value of time with the €175 monthly subscription; it is not a savings promise.
Hypothetical example: 200 contracts × 3 minutes ÷ 60 × €20 = €200 in time per month; difference against the subscription: €25.
Formula: contracts × minutes ÷ 60 × hourly cost − €175. Excludes tax, hardware, setup and other costs. Freed time does not necessarily translate into cash savings.
